The role:

We are adding an Operations Manager to our team in Winnipeg, MB. This posting is for a new position that has been created. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of daily operations at the Winnipeg location. This role focuses on operational consistency, administrative integrity, and coordination across service, warehouse, and support functions to ensure a high standard of client experience and internal accountability.

How you will spend your days:

Operational Execution & Oversight. Overseeing day-to-day operational workflows across administration, service coordination, and warehouse functions. Monitoring operational KPIs, identifying execution gaps, and implementing timely, practical solutions.
Administrative & order Flow Integrity. Ensuring funding documentation, billing processes, order accuracy, and internal controls are executed consistently.
Cross-Functional Coordination. Facilitating cross-functional communication between service, warehouse, administration, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and minimize client impact.
Team Support & Accountability. Supporting employees and the Regional Manager with clear expectations, follow-up mechanisms, performance management support, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring to the role:

Experience. 5–7 years of operational or administrative leadership experience in a service-based environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable navigating databases, and can learn new software quickly. Post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred.
Leadership Experience. Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to lead teams toward service excellence targets. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Good to have: Demonstrated success improving workflow consistency, team accountability, and operational execution. You have an interest in gaining exposure to the healthcare and personal mobility industry.
Interpersonal skills. You love building relationships with people, and you know how to work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs. You have professional and flexible communication skills and are comfortable responding to urgent inquiries on the phone, by email, or in person – sometimes all at once. You can navigate any situation in a friendly, empathetic, and compassionate manner.
Additional must-have requirements: you have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
