Join the Member Experience team and help build a culture that delivers on the promise we make to our members – feel welcome, feel comfortable and feel healthy.

We’re not looking for just average because we’re not your average club. That’s because our goal is to be recognized as North America’s premiere affordable luxury fitness brand. With that goal in mind, it all starts with you!

Your typical workday will be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential, which also means ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.

We’ve got so much more we want to tell you, so here it goes:

Role:

Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.

Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

The posting is for an existing, currently open position.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred.
1 + years related sales and customer service are required.
Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).

Role Perks
We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes competitive wages, complimentary membership and ongoing training to help ensure you are always learning. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 3 months of employment.

Since 1997, we’ve built the foundation of MOVATI Athletic on our 5 Core Values: Care, Commitment, Authenticity, Diversity, and Work Ethic. Over the next several years, we plan to do the same. Our promise at MOVATI is to help you feel welcome, feel comfortable, and feel healthy.

Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
