- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift

- Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar

Responsibilities
Lead restaurant shifts in support of senior leaders, help manage budgetary goals, and ensure guest satisfaction and meaningful guest connections. Support team morale and development, motivate colleagues, and handle guest concerns and compliments.
Requirements
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar is required, along with a hospitality-driven approach toward guests and team members. Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset; candidates should be energetic, positive, inclusive, and motivated to develop others.
