Responsibilities
Manage kitchen operations by scheduling and supervising staff, training employees, requisitioning supplies, and preparing food as needed. Maintain inventory and operational records, estimate meal preparation requirements, prepare reports and food order summaries, and ensure food and service meet quality standards while addressing customer concerns.
Requirements
A secondary school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience are specified.
