  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
  • Navigate CRM and multiple online systems simultaneously to process quotes, applications, and confirmations
  • Support international student policyholders through medical assistance and claims processes, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Stay current on product updates, promotions, and policy changes
  • Complete administrative and affiliate tracking tasks during off-peak periods

What You Bring

  • High School diploma
  • 1–2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a related field
  • Active A&S or LLQP license (required)
  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong computer literacy, fast typing, and confident internet navigation
  • Composure under pressure, excellent listening skills, and a genuinely warm demeanor

What's In It For You

  • Hybrid work environment
  • Comprehensive health benefits + Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness spending account
  • RRSP matching
  • Minimum 3 weeks' vacation + generous sick and flex days
  • Tuition reimbursement program
  • Clear pathways for vertical and horizontal growth - pursue what excites you
  • Inclusive, supportive leadership that genuinely invests in your success
