Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met (segmentation, MFA, encryption, secure access).
Deploy and configure Windows Server environments, including:
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP
- Group Policy
- File & Print Services
- RDS
Perform on‑site infrastructure work, including:
- Racking and cabling servers, storage, and networking gear
- Coordinating power, cooling, and rack layouts

- VMware ESXi / vSphere
- Windows‑based virtualization platforms
Design and deploy server and storage solutions, including:
- NAS and SAN platforms

Participate in server refreshes, datacenter moves, and hybrid cloud integrations.
Work with vendors to deploy or migrate customer line of business applications.
Deploy and integrate Azure infrastructure (asset), including:
- Virtual machines
- Networking components
- Hybrid identity and connectivity
Support hybrid environments integrating on‑prem infrastructure with cloud services.
Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and clients to define scope and technical requirements.
Document all designs, configurations, and deliverables clearly in internal documentation systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and operations teams.
Participate in client meetings and provide post‑deployment support and knowledge transfer.
