- Eligible to work in Canada and able to work on-site.
- 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt minimum - Black Belt preferred
- Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context
- Direct experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants
- Working knowledge of SAP MRP - able to interpret ZC13 and ZP24 outputs independently
- Strong analytical skills - able to distinguish constraint from symptom in complex multi-plant environment

Responsibilities
Facilitate cross-functional root cause analysis sessions with engineering and operations participants in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Analyze complex, multi-plant quality issues and independently interpret SAP MRP ZC13 and ZP24 outputs to distinguish constraints from symptoms.
Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, able to work on-site, and have at least six years of aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering experience. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification is the minimum requirement, with Black Belt preferred; proficiency in manufacturing-focused root cause and analytical methods and working knowledge of SAP MRP are also required.
