Job Description
The bpro Business Development Manager will be thoroughly familiar with the U.S. automotive aftermarket. Their primary focus will be on selling bpro products to OEM Dealerships, independent installers, and fleets. The position requires full-time travel. The bpro Business Development Manager responsibilities include assisting Dealers in inventory management & analysis of bpro products along with outside sales support for assigned Dealerships.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Acting on behalf of the Dealers, BDMs will coordinate and communicate marketing and sales programs and related features including technician training, technical support, local product promotions and Dealer-funded related details
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Familiarity with the following automotive operations: Manufacturer, fleet, installer, mechanical parts wholesale, dealership parts management & aftermarket service departments

High level of proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications including; Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is CAD80k to CAD94k based on current experience.
