Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Integrator to support the integration, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and technology platforms. The successful candidate will work with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and infrastructure teams to ensure systems communicate effectively, integrations are stable, and solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Analyze existing systems and identify integration requirements, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Develop and support API, web service, middleware, ETL, and data integration solutions.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and related integration technologies.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and application modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, data, interface, and application issues.
• Perform system and integration testing and support UAT and production deployments.
• Work closely with application developers, infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, configuration documents, and support procedures.
• Monitor system integrations and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions follow security, privacy, architecture, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required.
• Support knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system integration, application integration, systems analysis, or a related technical role.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications and systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with middleware, integration platforms, or enterprise service bus technologies.
• Good understanding of databases, application architecture, networking, and cloud environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
• Experience with system testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM Integration Bus/ACE, Informatica, or similar tools.
• Experience with enterprise ERP, CRM, financial, healthcare, or government systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, security, and authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Active Directory.
• Experience working in Agile and/or ITIL environments.
• Previous experience supporting public-sector or large enterprise environments is considered an asset.

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be located in Alberta or be willing to work onsite/hybrid in Alberta based on client requirements.
