Why Are We Looking for You?
Build meaningful customer partnerships while selling solutions that support better care. We are partnering with an established healthcare solutions provider to recruit an Account Executive based in Greater Winnipeg, covering Manitoba.

This opportunity is ideal for a consultative sales professional who enjoys uncovering customer needs, navigating complex buying decisions and turning opportunities into lasting relationships. You will grow business within long-term care, combining new opportunity development with a strong commitment to existing customers.

What’s In It for You?
• $80,000–$85,000 CAD base salary plus uncapped commission, with target total earnings of $130,000–$160,000.
• Company vehicle to support your territory activities.
• 20 paid days off, plus additional paid time off.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
• Employer-funded pension contributions from Day 1, with additional matching on eligible voluntary contributions.
• Education assistance, paid training and professional development opportunities.
• Paid volunteer time, wellness initiatives and opportunities to connect with colleagues.

What Will You Do?
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and grow product adoption across Manitoba.
• Identify new opportunities within long-term care and build relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer priorities, operational challenges and purchasing requirements.
• Recommend solutions that address customer needs while balancing service expectations and commercial objectives.
• Manage longer sales cycles from initial discovery and follow-up through negotiation and closing.
• Use CRM tools and customer insights to manage leads, track opportunities and maintain organized account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships after the sale, coordinate responsive support and help resolve customer concerns.

What Do You Bring?
• Previous healthcare sales experience; experience serving long-term care customers is preferred.
• Experience managing extended sales cycles and selling through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• The drive, resilience and accountability to pursue opportunities and deliver against sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and build trusted partnerships.
• Confidence using CRM systems, customer data and Microsoft Office applications to plan and manage your work.
• A collaborative approach and experience working with colleagues across different functions.
• A valid driver’s licence, a satisfactory driving record and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend business or corporate events as required.
