MACHINIST / ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: Guelph, ON
SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus

- Hands-on machining experience or background within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cutting tools, metalworking, CNC machining, or industrial tooling is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in moving into a technical sales/account management career path
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory

Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business across manufacturing and machining customers in the assigned territory. Provide technical product support, assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with manufacturers and customers on product applications.
Requirements
Candidates need hands-on machining experience or a background in manufacturing; knowledge of cutting tools, metalworking, CNC machining, or industrial tooling is an asset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, interest in technical sales, a team-oriented attitude, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel are required.
