Location: Montreal (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)

Develop the application through complex project work and strategic initiatives
Work directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver targeted solutions
Engage regularly with product leads to improve current and future technology solutions
Collaborate with technology teams globally, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability
Apply AI-native development practices to speed up delivery and improve quality

Required Skills

Strong software engineering skills, with Java as your primary language
Experience with TypeScript and React for web application development
Distributed systems experience: Gradle, Spring, Protocol Buffers (GPB), microservices, testing frameworks and multithreaded programming
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex or GitHub Copilot
Understanding of AI-native development practices, including context engineering and agent-assisted workflows
Good communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
SQL, Python or C# experience is a plus
