Monitor and manage production technology through alerts, incident resolution, problem management and user escalations.
Troubleshoot issues across applications, software, hardware and networks.
Respond to production tickets, system alerts and job failures.

Skills Required:

Background in Computer Science equivalent to a B.Sc. Equivalent practical experience is a reasonable substitute.
3-5 years of production support or similar experience.
UNIX/Linux
Shell, Python, Perl or JavaScript
Relational databases such as DB2, SQL, Sybase or PostgreSQL
Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2
Debugging and coding production COBOL/DB2 applications.
Incident management and application troubleshooting.
Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités :

Surveiller et gérer les environnements de production technologiques à l'aide d'alertes, de la résolution d'incidents, de la gestion des problèmes et de l'escalade des demandes utilisateurs.
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés aux applications, aux logiciels, au matériel informatique et aux réseaux.
Traiter les tickets de production, les alertes système et les échecs de traitements automatisés (jobs).
Animer et coordonner les cellules de crise (incident calls) avec les équipes technologiques et d'infrastructure.
Collaborer avec les développeurs et les utilisateurs finaux afin de résoudre les incidents de production.
Fournir aux parties prenantes et aux responsables seniors des mises à jour en temps réel sur l'état des systèmes et les actions de rétablissement.
Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des processus dans les flux de données et les développements applicatifs.
Travailler dans un modèle de support mondial « Follow the Sun » couvrant l'Asie, la région EMEA (Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique) et l'Amérique du Nord.
Participer à une rotation d'astreinte, pouvant inclure une couverture le week-end.
Ce poste requiert actuellement une présence sur site d'au moins trois jours par semaine

Compétences requises

Formation en informatique de niveau Licence (Bac+3) ou équivalent. Une expérience pratique significative pourra être considérée en remplacement du diplôme.
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en support de production ou dans un poste similaire.
Bonne maîtrise des environnements UNIX/Linux.
Connaissances en scripting et développement : Shell, Python, Perl ou JavaScript.
Expérience des bases de données relationnelles telles que DB2, SQL, Sybase ou PostgreSQL.
Connaissance des technologies Mainframe : COBOL, JCL, VSAM et DB2.
Expérience du débogage, de la maintenance et du développement d'applications de production COBOL/DB2.
Solide expérience en gestion d'incidents et en diagnostic d'applications.
Excellentes compétences en communication, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
