Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reporting outputs.
Analyze data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and targeted data remediation efforts.
Support project delivery activities including planning, testing, documentation, release management, and implementation of reporting enhancements.
Create and maintain technical and business documentation, including report specifications, data dictionaries, KPI definitions, data lineage, and user guides.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
