Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 CAD - Base Salary + Commission

A leading print production facility in Mississauga is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to take ownership of an established, high-value book of business.

Unlike traditional hunter roles, this position is focused on relationship management, account retention, and organic growth for several key Direct Mail clients. You will be handed existing enterprise accounts to manage, support, and grow, backed by full internal production capabilities.

• Serve as the primary strategic account manager for assigned large-scale Direct Mail clients.
• Coordinate complex direct-mail programs, project timelines, and service delivery with internal production and estimating teams.
• Nurture and expand relationships within existing accounts to maximize client satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Introduce complementary print solutions (offset, digital, large format, folding carton) where applicable to add value for your clients.

• Proven B2B Account Management or Sales experience specifically within the Direct Mail and print industry.
• Strong technical understanding of direct-mail programs, data/data processing workflows, timelines, and postal/logistics requirements.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and retaining large, enterprise-level client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and seamless collaboration with internal plant production teams.
• Located in or comfortably commuting to Mississauga, ON.
