Multiplex is a global construction company with a simple purpose: to construct a better future. Our Graduate Program has a strong global reputation for being one of the industry's most comprehensive, known for developing well-rounded, broad-thinking graduates who go on to become future leaders of our business - including our CEO.
Now launching in Canada for the first time, you will have the opportunity to be part of a founding cohort, helping shape and deliver some impressive projects, supported by approachable leadership and a culture that puts our people first.
Start your career on a high and join the first-ever Multiplex Graduate Program in Canada.
Our program
While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development program combining on-the-job experience with structured learning to build both technical and behavioural capabilities.
Through multiple rotations, you will progressively achieve core competencies across key technical areas, including but not limited to Safety, Environment, and Quality Management, Site Management, Services/MEP, Planning and Programs, and Information Management. The two-and-a-half-year program is designed with flexibility to adapt your career journey to project needs and individual aspirations, ensuring you gain practical exposure and guidance from some of our most experienced professionals.
Benefits
You will also have access to a range of holistic benefits including:
- Market competitive compensation packages and group Savings & RRSP matching plans.
- Company paid medical, health, and dental benefits including mental health and wellness resources.
- Paid time off including annual vacation, sick/personal days, parental leave, and volunteer leave.
- Financial wellbeing support and discount programs.
- Professional career development opportunities and a wealth of learning offerings through the Multiplex Learning Academy.
- An industry-leading approach to flexible work to enable better work-life balance.
Application process
Are you ready to outperform? We are looking for graduates who push themselves - and the people around them - to do more and do better, so we can achieve our purpose together: to construct a better future.
If that sounds like you, and you have studied Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture/Design, or another construction-related program, we would love to hear from you!
Our two-and-a-half-year, full-time rotational program starts in May/June 2027. To be eligible for the Graduate Program, applicants must be set to graduate in Spring 2027.
Applications for Graduate Positions close on November 13, 2026.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
This role is for an existing vacancy.
A Note On Diversity
Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings. We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life. Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less like to apply for roles if they do not meet every qualification. So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you.
We are committed to providing a barrier-free work environment in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code and can support with reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process.
