What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Ecommerce Account Manager will play a key role in accelerating Munchkin’s Ecommerce growth in Canada. This position will manage and grow Amazon Canada, digital-first Canadian retailers, and Munchkin Baby Canada’s direct-to-consumer website.

The role will develop and execute online sales plans, ecommerce strategies, digital marketing programs, and best-in-class product presentations that drive sales, margin, customer engagement, and brand growth. The Senior Ecommerce Account Manager will partner closely with Global Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, optimize the online customer experience, share best practices, and build strong relationships with retail partners.

How you will contribute:

Manage primary Ecommerce accounts, including Amazon Canada, digital-first Canadian retailers, and Munchkin Baby Canada’s direct-to-consumer website
Develop and execute strategies and programs designed to drive sustainable sales and volume growth across online partners
Lead the development and execution of Canada’s Ecommerce go-to-market growth strategy through qualitative and quantitative analysis
Manage the online brand experience across third-party retail partners, including product setup, content and copy optimization, digital marketing programs, product presentation, and site merchandising
Partner with Ecommerce Sales and Marketing to develop site merchandising strategies that improve discoverability, conversion, customer experience, sales, margin, and alignment with corporate marketing priorities
Execute e-retail and digital strategies and support other Ecommerce initiatives for the Canadian business
Develop and communicate Ecommerce business results to internal stakeholders and customers on an established cadence, highlighting performance insights, opportunities, risks, and recommended action plans
Build relationships across key departments within online retail partners, including merchandising, marketing, digital media, operations, and e-commerce teams
Support quarterly business planning and review meetings with online retailers
Develop deep expertise in each online retailer’s systems, processes, requirements, and ways of doing business, and share relevant best practices with other Munchkin business units
Drive consistency in the consumer experience across Munchkin’s online retail presence in Canada
Monitor and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, retailer financial and strategic developments, personnel changes, new business opportunities, and other information relevant to the Company’s success with online partners
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, potential retail partners, and technologies that can strengthen Munchkin’s Canadian Ecommerce business
Other duties may be assigned

You will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, or a related field required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ecommerce sales, Ecommerce merchandising, omnichannel sales, or a related field
Experience managing Ecommerce accounts and online retail partners, preferably Amazon Canada or similar major digital retailers
Demonstrated experience developing and executing Ecommerce sales, marketing, merchandising, and direct-to-consumer strategies
Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing, digital advertising, product content, site merchandising, category management, and online customer experiences
Working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, Ecommerce platforms, and analytics tools
Ability to analyze sales, customer, and digital performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Strong communication, relationship-management, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
High learning agility and ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Global Ecommerce, customers, and other cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated passion for Ecommerce, digital retail, and emerging technologies
Ability to travel up to 25%
