Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief of Fire and Protective Services, the Deputy Fire Chief – Training and Development provides senior leadership to Greenview Fire-Rescue Services and is responsible for the strategic development and administration of service-wide training, competency management, leadership development, operational standards, organizational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
