Full-Stack Developer using AI-Assisted Development Techniques

MVP Talent Corp is partnering with an esteemed client, a leader in cybersecurity assessments, remediation and consulting services. About the Client:

The client is a small, boutique Cybersecurity start-up company based in Calgary, Alberta. Led by its innovative technology, the company performs cybersecurity compliance audits, vulnerability assessments, then provides extensive reports and remediation solutions. The technology uses elements of AI in its use and has been written and is being enhanced with the use of AI-assisted development.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full-Stack developer with extensive expertise in both traditional programming techniques and the use of modern AI-assisted development tools and technologies. Knowledge of traditional languages such as Javascript / Typescript, HTML, CSS, node.js, next.js, python, SQL, REST APIs, .net, and Kubernetes, should be combined with hands-on dev experience using AI tools such as Cloudflare, Gemini Anti Gravity, Claude (Anthropic), Shadcn, Tanstack, and others.

The client’s product is built, and they are always fine-tuning and building new custom models

Curiosity, passion, and deep technical aptitude toward implementing new AI tools and techniques are foundational to this person’s characteristics. Someone who challenges the status quo of how things have always been done, and who enjoys automation and the use of modern AI tools to solve problems and increase efficiency. This person has to be a natural self-starter, not waiting for the company to provide their next task. Offering solutions is a natural part of this person’s working style as a trusted adviser in cybersecurity and related AI capabilities.

This is the type of person who keeps up to date with the latest practices for optimizing custom agents for context windows.

MUST-HAVE Tools and Technologies and Experience:

5+ years - Must have a demonstrated background in traditional Full-Stack development, including extensive expertise in Javascript / Typescript, HTML, CSS, node.js, .net, next.js, python, SQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes

Experience building a product with the use of tools such as:

Google Gemini Anti-Gravity
Anthropic’s ecosystem knowledge, including Claude, Claude Code,
Cloudflare
Codex
Shadcn
Tanstack (Formerly React Objects)

Deep passion for the implementation of AI and keeping current with modern dev technology and techniques.

Please note, this is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position in Calgary, Alberta.
