Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of production infrastructure and application issues.
Manage incident triage, investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA) in accordance with ITSM standards.
Support Azure application security using native Azure security services and controls.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and application performance, availability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot AKS, Kubernetes workloads, networking, application connectivity, and security-related issues.
Participate in roster-based operational support, including weekend coverage when required.
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, maintenance, and service updates.
