The client is a global software company that develops and sells information management software. The client has a backlog of pending enhancements and is currently resource constrained, requiring support to drive these items through to completion.

The enhancements and gaps are primarily focused within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Record-to-Report (RTR) areas, including customer subscriptions, renewals and receivables.

The Service Delivery Manager will be an experienced and seasoned SAP lead resource, ideally with an OTC or RTR background, who can manage small projects end to end, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and own the integrated end-to-end solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • OTC Functional SME with 15+ years of experience
  • SAP certification required
  • Prior experience managing small projects end to end
  • Experience owning the end-to-end solution while managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong experience with:
    • OTC Billing
    • Credit Management
    • Legal entity rationalization projects and associated SAP data impacts
    • OTC-RTR functional integration
    • Open Accounts Receivable
    • Treasury
  • SFDC integration experience is mandatory
  • Strong project and integration management capability
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating integrated SAP solutions

Responsibilities

Manage small SAP projects and enhancements from initiation through completion, owning the integrated end-to-end solution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver work across OTC and RTR, including subscriptions, renewals, receivables, and related integrations.

Requirements

Requires an SAP-certified OTC functional subject matter expert with 15 or more years of experience and prior experience managing small projects end to end. Candidates should have strong OTC billing, credit management, accounts receivable, treasury, legal entity rationalization, OTC-RTR integration, and mandatory SFDC integration experience, along with strong project and cross-functional integration management capabilities.
