The client is a global software company that develops and sells information management software. The client has a backlog of pending enhancements and is currently resource constrained, requiring support to help drive these items through to completion.

The Service Delivery Manager will be an experienced and seasoned SAP OTC lead with strong project and integration management capability. The resource will be responsible for leading small projects end to end, managing cross-functional stakeholders and owning the integrated end-to-end solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • SAP OTC Functional SME with 15+ years of experience
  • SAP certification required
  • Strong functional experience across core Order-to-Cash processes
  • Strong experience with:
    • Billing
    • Subscriptions
  • Prior experience leading and managing small projects end to end
  • Experience owning the end-to-end solution across multiple functional and technical stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management capability
  • Strong project and integration management experience
Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to OTC-SFDC / Salesforce integration
  • Exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS / OSGT)

Key Deliverables

  • Lead small SAP OTC projects and enhancements from initiation through completion
  • Own the integrated end-to-end OTC solution
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support completion of backlog and enhancement activities
  • Provide senior functional leadership across Billing, Subscriptions and related OTC processes

Candidates must have experience leading small projects end to end, owning integrated solutions across functional and technical teams, and managing stakeholders; exposure to Salesforce integration or SAP Global Trade Services is preferred.
