We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team and support our day-to-day warehouse and ecommerce operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse role first, with room to grow into a broader ecommerce operations position over time.

The initial responsibilities are focused on picking and packing orders, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, receiving inventory, and helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

For someone who proves dependable, organized, and eager to learn, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility in areas such as:

• Shopify operations
• Inventory management
• Wholesale fulfillment
• Returns and exchanges
• Purchase order receiving
• Inventory reporting
• Shipping issue resolution
• Warehouse process improvement
• Ecommerce operations

For the right person, this role has the potential to become full-time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack ecommerce orders accurately
• Prepare shipments and print shipping labels
• Keep packing stations stocked and organized
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Receive and organize incoming inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• Restock product locations
• Perform basic product quality checks
• Prepare wholesale and bulk orders
• Help process returns and exchanges
• Identify low-stock items or inventory discrepancies
• Support general warehouse and ecommerce operations

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular:

• Standing and walking
• Picking and packing
• Bending and reaching
• Moving boxes and inventory
• Lifting shipments and products

You should be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.

Schedule

This is initially a part-time position with consistent weekly hours.

Exact days and hours can be discussed based on availability and business needs.

There is potential for the role to become full-time as the business grows and responsibilities expand.

Compensation

Starting pay: $18.00 - $20.00 hour

There is room for increased compensation as the role grows.
