About The Role
Do you enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in delivering quality results? As a Surface Protection Installer at NanoGuard, you will travel to residential job sites across the Greater Toronto Area and apply advanced nanotechnology coatings to roofs, wood decks, fences, and concrete surfaces. Working alongside experienced team leads, you will prepare surfaces, apply protective treatments, and ensure every property meets our high standards before you leave.
NanoGuard is a proudly Canadian-developed solution that extends the life of roofs, concrete, and wood by 10 to 15 years. By rejuvenating existing materials instead of replacing them, our treatments help homeowners save thousands of dollars while reducing unnecessary construction waste. As an installer, you are the person who brings that promise to life on every job site.
As our service area continues to expand across Ontario, we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing installation crew. Whether you come from construction, roofing, painting, or have no trade experience at all, we will train you from the ground up and give you everything you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for coating application, including power washing, masking adjacent areas, and completing safety inspections before each job
- Apply nanotechnology coatings to roofs, wood structures, and concrete surfaces following NanoGuard's application standards and procedures
- Conduct post-application inspections to verify full, even coverage and ensure every project meets quality benchmarks before leaving the site
- Maintain and care for all spray equipment, tools, and safety gear so everything is ready for the next job
- Communicate clearly with team leads about site conditions, project progress, and any issues that arise during the workday
- Represent NanoGuard professionally on every property, leaving each job site clean, organized, and in better condition than you found it
Qualifications
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding, and in varying weather conditions throughout the season
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
- Sharp eye for detail, ensuring consistent and thorough coating coverage across every surface
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-first mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Valid G driver's licence and access to reliable transportation to commute to job sites across the GTA

Location
