We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who owns the work from idea to production; someone who sees what needs to be built, figures out the best way to build it, and makes it happen. You’ll partner with startups to shape and launch new ideas, and with enterprises to rethink how they deliver value to their customers, building web and native applications on a flexible tech stack. You plan the work, guide the technical direction, and support the team day to day, from shaping the architecture, unblocking a teammate, or reviewing code, to jumping in on whatever the moment calls for.

Why you’re right for this full-time, in office, opportunity

We believe great software comes from working well with people, not just writing code. We value curiosity, strong collaboration and impactful results over expertise in any single tech stack.

• You have 7+ years of experience building and shipping web and mobile applications, and a degree in computer science or a related field
• You have proven expertise in multiple modern languages (Typescript/JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, C#) across platforms like web, iOS and Android, and have built with React, Next.js, React Native and Node.js
• You know software design patterns and paradigms (MVC, MVVM, reactive programming, AOP) and can architect an application so the whole team can build it together
• You’re experienced with database design, building and consuming REST APIs, building user interfaces (HTML/CSS, TailwindCSS, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose), and deploying apps through CI/CD pipelines you build and maintain
• You’re a curious thinker who loves learning and constantly improves your processes, tools and techniques
• You’re detail-oriented and care deeply about quality, executing the fine details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• You’re candid and straightforward, and enjoy debating ideas with your teammates to find the best answer
• You’re empathetic to the customer experience and want to build products that improve people’s lives
• You take ownership, pitch in where needed, and help the next generation of developers build software that’s robust, elegant and pragmatic

A sneak peek at what you’ll be doing

• You build, ship and maintain full-featured, responsive web and native applications
• You shape the technical direction, leading decisions on application architecture and database design, and setting best practices for new and existing technologies
• You partner with Engagement Managers and Product Owners to turn a roadmap into a clear technical delivery plan, and organize the team to execute it
• You advise the team on platform capabilities to leverage in product design, and support sales and technology consulting with clients
• You mentor developers, give regular feedback, and work with managers on growth plans and year-end reviews

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000
