Drive automation, engineering best practices, secure software development, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and overall developer productivity.

Experience building, maintaining, and supporting APIs in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience developing websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
Strong SQL Server programming skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database troubleshooting.
Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues in complex, business-critical environments.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery speed.
Nice to Have
Experience working with large-scale, business-critical platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure would be an asset.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability tools.
Experience within financial services, capital markets, fintech, or another regulated industry.
