Your Role- Act as a subject matter expert for transaction settlement activities within the international payments sector.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business process and become a key reference in the field.
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in the execution of daily responsibilities.
- Use your initiative to anticipate needs and effectively resolve operational issues.
- Analyze discrepancies in operational processes and take the required actions in collaboration with partners and clients.
- Collaborate with various areas of the Bank to provide technical support to stakeholders involved in day-to-day operations.
- Provide relevant information to support decision-making and make recommendations aimed at improving work processes.
Your TeamYou will report to the Manager, Global Wire and TVM Operations, collaborating daily with a dynamic team of specialists. You will join a passionate and growing group of 32 Analysts and Senior Analysts. The team is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of international payment operations, offering you the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work and in-office presence. We foster continuous learning through hands-on experience, available training programs, and collaboration with colleagues possessing diverse expertise.
Requirements- College diploma or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
- Proven ability to deliver fast and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining versatility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Special Working ConditionsThe successful candidate must be available based on operational requirements, including availability on certain statutory holidays.
