Groupe Financier Ménard Cardinal, part of National Bank Financial Wealth Management, is a team of wealth management advisors based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an Analyst who is passionate about data and analysis and wants to contribute to an outstanding client experience while playing an active role in our team’s success.
You will support our advisors by analyzing financial information, preparing financial planning files, and contributing to various wealth management processes. This role will allow you to develop your expertise and, over time, grow into an advisory role and take responsibility for a portfolio of clients with less complex needs.
Your Role
- Collect, organize and analyze clients’ financial data.
- Prepare financial planning files and supporting documentation for advisors.
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of financial and wealth management recommendations.
- Perform administrative follow-ups and ensure client information is kept up to date.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Gradually take responsibility for less complex client files under supervision.
- Contribute to the team’s ongoing development and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Requirements
- College diploma and/or university degree.
- Relevant experience in financial services.
- CIRO accreditation (CIRE or formerly CSC).
- Financial Planner (F.Pl.) designation or currently working toward obtaining it.
- Strong interest in wealth management, financial planning and advisory services.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to professional development.
- Excellent client service skills and a strong drive to succeed.
