A career as a Chief Analyst in the AI Factory team at National Bank means serving as a specialist in innovative AI systems development and operations, including generative AI.

Your job

• Develop innovative AI systems that generate competitive advantages.
• Understand and challenge business needs and convert them into functional requirements
• Draft detailed functional analyses and validate them
• Perform functional tests and assist the test team
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to solutions
• Coach interns and junior analysts
• Help spread the AI transformation culture.

Your team
IT and Operations have more than 5600 experts who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
In AI factory, you are part of a large team of 40 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its AI expertise, innovation and collaborative spirit. You will work in a stimulating environment that is conducive to continuous learning and professional growth.

Prerequisites

• University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience as an analyst in a technology-based ecosystem
• Experience in developing and deploying AI systems
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience in producing user stories
• Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, safe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and AI libraries
• Experience in SQL database administration
