  • Develop and execute strategies (digital and in-person) to increase your visibility and presence in your market.
  • Actively participate in business development activities and networking events.
  • Apply processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Your compensation and benefits

Your compensation package includes:

  • An uncapped commission structure directly tied to your performance and the sale of related financial products and services.
  • An annual bonus based on your results and your collaboration with your team and business partners.

You will also benefit from:

  • A permanent full-time position.
  • A competitive benefits package (group insurance, vacation, pension plan, employee share ownership plan, etc.).
Your team

You will be part of a team operating in a hybrid work environment and supported by a Residential Financing Manager committed to your development and success.

To help you succeed in your role, you will have access to:

  • Comprehensive onboarding and training.
  • Ongoing coaching and development support.
  • A dedicated support network to assist you daily (subject matter experts, specialized support lines, etc.).
Requirements
  • Completed College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of business development experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of financing products and services, as well as a basic understanding of related financial products and services (insurance, investments, banking services, etc.).
  • Ability to take an end-to-end advisory approach to fully understand clients’ needs and financial objectives.
  • Strong professional rigor, both from a technical standpoint and in delivering a high-quality client experience and follow-up.
