A career as a Project Leader in the EVO-IT team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technology projects and create value. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your leadership, outstanding organizational skills, and experience delivering projects in an Agile/SAFe environment. Your job

Manage and implement large-scale technology projects prioritized by the sector, while creating an environment that fosters motivation
Continuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve the sector’s objectives
Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and get involved in resolving complex issues by ensuring solutions are put in place
Identify and manage project risks and issues on an ongoing and proactive basis
Produce the various reports needed to track project progress and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience
Ensure alignment between IT and business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
Act as a transformation agent to promote our values and maintain constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a large organization
Experience facilitating workshops as well as coaching
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Languages: French, English
Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
