Salesforce Developer

A career as a Salesforce Developer within the Commercial Financing team at National Bank means acting as a technical expert in the evolution of strategic digital solutions. In this role, you will have a direct impact on modernizing commercial financing operations through your expertise in Salesforce development, the nCino platform, and enterprise technology solution design.
Your role

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to optimize commercial financing processes.
• Develop features, automations, configurations, and integrations that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, quality assurance specialists, and business partners in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to the evolution of the application architecture and promote best practices in quality, security, and performance.
• Support deployments, resolve complex technical issues, and participate in the continuous improvement of solutions.

Within the Commercial Financing sector, you will be part of a team driving the digital transformation of platforms that are critical to financing operations. You will collaborate with experts from multiple disciplines to develop innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant software development experience.
• Significant experience developing nCino solutions within a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience developing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API-based integrations.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Knowledge of the banking industry or commercial financing is considered an asset.
