A career as a Senior Analyst Control Testing at National Bank means acting as a specialist to carry out control tests, document procedures and results and define action plans when control performance does not meet expectations. The Vice-Presidency – Integrated risk Management is a proactive and collaborative team that helps transform the way the Bank manages risk. Prerequisites
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such
as risk management, finance, accounting, or business administration, combined
with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate experience in control testing, internal
audit, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, or risk assurance. - Possess strong knowledge of internal control
frameworks, operational risk management principles, and risk and control
assessment processes. - Have a solid understanding of applicable regulatory
requirements, particularly those related to anti-money laundering and financial
crime risk management. - Have experience working within a financial
institution or another regulated environment. - Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM,
CIA, or CRMA are considered strong assets
