A career as a Skills Development Senior Architect in the commercial Banking skills Development team at National Bank means serving as a practise leader in capacity development and organisational performance. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the organisation's strategic ambitions thanks to your expertise in competency architecture, pedagogical engineering, organisational development and transformation of learning practises.
Your job
- Analyze business needs and impacts on organisational capacities in order to translate strategic objectives into competencies, expected behaviours, development paths and proficiency criteria
- Design the capacity architecture, development paths, coaching approaches, evaluation mechanisms and strategies to promote autonomy and sustainable performance
- Lead the development of end-to-end training and skills development solutions, from analysis to deployment, quality assurance and evaluation of results
- Engage and influence business partners, content experts and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the consistency, relevance and quality of the solutions deployed
- Support managers, trainers and stakeholders in adopting best practises for coaching, performance support and learning transfer
- Measuring capacity development and the impact of initiatives using performance indicators to assess their contribution to the sector's strategic priorities

You are part of a team of 18 colleagues in the commercial Banking sector and will report to the Senior Manager – skills Development. Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Significant experience in architecture of learning solutions, organisational development, transformation or organisational performance
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions affecting several sectors, teams or clients
- Expertise in performance analysis, competency architecture, pedagogical engineering and assessment of the impact of development initiatives
- Experience in functional leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in changing environments
- Experience using artificial intelligence, learning technologies and data to support capacity development
Languages: French, English
