Quotation Specialist/Sourcing Support

Position Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and flexible candidate to join our Sourcing team who will have a variety of core responsibilities. The successful candidate will need a strong attention to detail to support our growing business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review quote requirements from customers
• Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times for quote packages
• Completing quotation worksheets
• Support Business Development Managers, Sales Managers and Account Managers as required.
• Entry and Maintenance of CRM System
• Liaise with Internal teams to support Quoting activities
• Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience:

• 1 ~ 3 years of work experience in either Quoting or Inside Sales

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong working knowledge within Excel considered an asset
• Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet considered an asset
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe
• Familiarity with Distribution and Automotive environments considered an asset

Additional Skills

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fluent in Spanish considered an asset
