The role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer to join an Agile development team working on a major enterprise transformation. The selected candidate would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
Youâll help consolidate multiple business-critical Sales, Grants & Contributions, and Case Management applications into a modern, integrated CRM platform.
This is more than a typical CRM development role. You’ll work hands-on across:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Dataverse
- Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
- JavaScript and C# / .NET
- Dynamics 365 / Dataverse plugins
- Web services, APIs and enterprise integrations
The opportunity
You’ll design, develop, integrate, enhance and support an enterprise solution used to deliver a nationally significant program. You will:
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions.
• Build custom functionality using JavaScript and C#/.NET, including plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Develop Power Pages solutions using Liquid, JavaScript, forms, lists, templates and metadata.
• Build and maintain integrations using web services, APIs and third-party solutions.
• Develop workflow and automation solutions using Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and identify appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployments and continuous improvement.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners and technical specialists in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a recognized University or a Technical College diploma in Computer Science or related field.
An equivalent combination of education and direct experience may be considered.

Experience
For each of the experience criteria below, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years / 36 months of qualifying, full-time professional experience within the five-year period immediately preceding the closing date of this competition.
• Significant* experience configuring entities, forms, views, and security permissions in Dynamics CRM 2016 or later / Dynamics 365 CE;
• Significant* experience creating workflows, business processes and rules, as well as custom form scripts that leverage the client-side Javascript libraries, in Dynamics CRM 2016 or later / Dynamics 365 CE;
• Significant* experience developing Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals),including web and page templates using Javascript and Liquid, as well as web pages, web forms with steps and metadata, entity forms, entity lists and content snippets;
• Significant* experience writing object-oriented C#/.NET web applications;
• Significant experience working with web services and APIs;
• In addition, candidates must demonstrate basic hands-on professional experience developing or maintaining Dynamics 365/Dataverse plugins and workflow activity assemblies.
Only qualifying professional experience will be counted. Academic projects, learning projects, training, certifications, personal projects and proof-of-concept work do not qualify. Overlapping periods of employment or project work will be counted only once.

Compensation
From $86,503 to $108,068 per annum.
