Role Description The Growth Marketing, Ecommerce role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON, focused on accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Natura Market’s online store. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing paid and organic channels, and managing performance across platforms such as search, social, email, and affiliates. The role involves analyzing ecommerce and marketing data, identifying growth opportunities, running A/B tests, and improving conversion rates across the customer journey. This position collaborates with merchandising, content, customer experience, and operations teams to develop compelling promotions, refine onsite merchandising, and enhance overall brand visibility. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of market trends and competitors to refine growth strategies and support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong ecommerce and growth marketing skills, including experience with online retail, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and funnel optimization.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate or influencer marketing.
Data analysis and reporting capabilities, including working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar), dashboards, and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Shopify or comparable platforms, marketing automation or CRM systems) to manage campaigns and track performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights and recommendations clearly.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Interest in health, wellness, and better-for-you products; prior experience in CPG, retail, or food and beverage is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in ecommerce growth roles.
