Are you a seasoned IT leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving infrastructure excellence? We are looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global technology infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven people leader with experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry to play a key role in supporting business growth, modernization initiatives, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment.

Job Status: Permanent Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible as required)

Work Location: Onsite (2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

In this role, you will:

Lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, including managing large teams of direct and indirect reports (25+), while fostering a high-performance culture.
Define and execute short- and long-term infrastructure strategies that support business objectives and future growth.
Oversee the design, maintenance, security, and optimization of cloud, network, server, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Drive operational excellence by managing incidents, projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and service performance across the organization.
Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to identify risks, implement technology solutions, and support organizational transformation initiatives.

You have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with ongoing professional development in cloud, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure leadership experience, including leadership of large teams (25+ direct and indirect reports) within manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry.
Strong technical expertise with Microsoft technologies, VMware, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Azure and/or AWS, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
Experience managing infrastructure operations within complex, multi-site or global environments spanning multiple time zones.
Proven success in strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, cybersecurity risk management, and leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
