Represent the company at community meetings, hearings, and public consultations when necessary

Negotiation & Contract Management

Negotiate land agreements, easements, leases, and option agreements consistent with project requirements, company standards and provincial standards
Secure legally binding agreements that support project development timelines and risk profiles
Work closely with legal counsel to ensure all contracts and documentation and compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate with internal staff to document contracts and set up payment process to all new landowners

Project Support & Coordination

Work as part of the development team to align approaches with project design and market strategy
Provide input on land constraints, access routes, and potential siting issues
Track and report acquisition progress, risks, and landowner feedback

Due Diligence & Documentation
