We are currently looking to fill a
full-time, permanent position for an
Enterprise Project Manager, Strategy & Technology in our
Administration Department at our
Leamington office.
What You'll Do
ReFRESH & Enterprise Project Governance
- Support the ongoing maintenance of ReFRESH trackers, status updates, action logs, and related reporting tools.
- Collect and organize updates from initiative owners and team members to support regular ReFRESH reporting.
- Follow up with responsible individuals on missing, incomplete, or unclear information required for reporting and
- tracking.
- Prepare draft ReFRESH status materials for review by the VP, Strategy & Corporate Affairs.
- Help maintain visibility of initiative status, key milestones, action items, and follow-up requirements.
- Support the coordination of ReFRESH-related meetings, including agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up
- tracking.
- Maintain organized records of ReFRESH documentation, meeting materials, and supporting files.
- Identify project delays, gaps, conflicts, and risks early and escalate items requiring leadership attention
AI, Technology & Transformation Initiatives
- Support the execution of AI, technology, and business transformation initiatives introduced through ReFRESH or other approved business priorities.
- Help translate business needs into structured project requirements, implementation plans, and stakeholder action items.
- Coordinate between business users and IT to ensure project goals, timing, testing needs, training requirements, and adoption plans are clear.
- Support pilots, phased rollouts, user feedback, training coordination, and implementation follow-up activities.
- Help ensure technology-enabled projects remain connected to business value, adoption, and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-up
- Facilitate project working sessions, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, resolve open items, and support timely execution.
- Maintain clear communication with project sponsors, owners, contributors, and stakeholders.
- Follow up professionally with stakeholders to support completion of agreed-upon project actions and deadlines.
- Help ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and accountable throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Maintain project risk, issue, and dependency logs for assigned projects.
- Identify when projects are off-track and prepare clear escalation summaries for review by the VP, Strategy & Corporate Affairs and VP, Information Technology.
- Support leadership in resolving bottlenecks, resource constraints, timing concerns, and decision delays.
- Ensure key risks and issues are visible before they become larger execution challenges.
Reporting & Executive Visibility
- Prepare clear project status updates for review by the VP, Strategy & Corporate Affairs and VP, Information Technology.
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status summaries for assigned initiatives.
- Support monthly reporting on assigned projects through ReFRESH or other leadership reporting processes.
- Provide concise updates on scope, timeline, budget, risks, decisions required, and next steps.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work collaboratively with departments across the business to support alignment between project objectives and operational execution.
- Promote accountability, organization, and disciplined follow-up across assigned projects.
- Support positive collaboration between business teams and IT while maintaining a strong focus on project outcomes.
- Assist the VP, Strategy & Corporate Affairs and VP, Information Technology with general coordination related to enterprise projects and technology-enabled initiatives
General
- Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedure

What You Bring
- Five to seven years of project management experience is preferred, ideally including business transformation, technology, systems implementation, operations, or cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline is considered an asset; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience managing projects with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to develop project charters, project plans, timelines, action logs, risk logs, issue logs, and implementation plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear status updates, meeting notes, summaries, and project materials.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to unclear or developing work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to follow up professionally across departments and levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with project management tools is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting project implementation, user adoption, training coordination, or change management activities is considered an asset.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or change management certification is considered an asset but is not required.
- Experience in agriculture, food, manufacturing, greenhouse operations, supply chain, information technology, or technology-enabled operations is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
What To Expect
- Office-based role with travel required when necessary to support company meetings, tours, trade shows, events, or other business requirements.
- The Enterprise Project Manager, Strategy & Technology will spend the majority of their time in an office setting with travel required when necessary.
