Original job description

Who We Are

At Nature's Touch, you're not just building a career; you're joining a trailblazing team that believes in the power of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning.

Since 2004, we've been on a fast-growing journey from a small startup to a global leader in private-label frozen food manufacturing. With modern facilities across North America - including two plants in Canada, two in the U.S., and one in Mexico - we proudly supply millions of households worldwide. What drives us is simple: a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

We're shaping the future of frozen fruit - and we'd love for you to be part of that growth. At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere!

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Project Manager owns the end-to-end execution of private-label and branded initiatives across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio - from Innovation and Pack at Source to CapEx and packaging transitions. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, with full accountability for on-time delivery and outcomes.

Your work will directly shape how our products reach the shelves of major North American and global retailers.

If you're a seasoned, tech-savvy project manager who connects the dots, uses AI and automation to work smarter, and wants to grow with a PMO that is scaling fast, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery

Build and manage detailed project plans across Innovation, Pack at Source, CapEx, and packaging transition projects, keeping deliverables on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives
Navigate competing priorities across a high-volume portfolio and make trade-off recommendations to the Director of PMO

Artwork & Packaging Transitions

Lead artwork management from initiation to production-ready delivery, including version control, routing, approvals, and compliance
Manage packaging transitions end to end - timelines, risks, and associated liabilities - to ensure smooth execution and minimize financial impact

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Procurement, R&I, Production, Regulatory, Quality, and Logistics to keep deliverables on track
Own risk escalation and resolution with stakeholders

Reporting, AI & Continuous Improvement

Own the accuracy of critical project data - timelines, documentation, budgets, risks, dependencies, and artwork processes
Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, financial considerations, and recommendations
Build and implement AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations that eliminate manual work and transform how the PMO operates
Identify and recommend process improvements that strengthen project execution, communication, and operational efficiency

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5+ years of project management experience, with proven success managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through launch
Private-label experience in food and beverage manufacturing - highly recommended
PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent certification - held or actively in progress - strongly preferred
Tech-savvy AI power user and innovator who builds AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations and delivers measurable productivity gains
Proficiency with Monday.com, including workflows, dashboards, automations, timelines, dependencies, and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to structure and optimize project workflows
Independent and proactive, yet collaborative - you manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and take ownership of outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
French - an asset

Working Conditions

Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday
Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with a hybrid work model - currently in the office once every two weeks

Why Join Us

Own end-to-end delivery on projects that land on retail shelves across North America and globally
Use AI and automation to shape how a fast-growing PMO works
Join a fast-growing, global company with an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture and close proximity to decision-makers
Grow your career with a team that values innovation, accountability, and mutual support
