QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Requirements:

5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on UX&UI design and implementation.
Strong proficiency with Figma to build wireframes of layouts, flows and interactions.
Demonstrated ability to mockup UI art and create style guides.
Proficiency with usability principles and accessibility standards.
Help establish guidelines and standards for visual language within and across product lines.

Desired Characteristics:

Experience leading or mentoring UX&UI design teams.
Familiarity with motion design, UI animation, and material editor.
Exposure to localization pipelines, input mapping systems, and platform certification requirements
Experience shipping UI across both PC and console platforms.
Familiarity with user research, interviews and playtesting.
