nCino is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to configure and extend our cloud banking platform for financial institution customers. As the nCino product subject matter experts, our Implementation Consultants offer best practices for integrating the nCino platform into a financial institution's ecosystem, functioning in both advisory and hands-on capacities to facilitate seamless product delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce architecture experience, holds or has a desire to hold App Builder and Administrator certifications, and takes pride in delivering high quality solutions. Experience with loan origination or servicing systems gives an intuitive edge when advising customers on best practices.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrates advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools used to configure and extend nCino
• Articulates a proposed solution for or against customization
• Configures product features and in the context of the end-user and relative level of effort (LOE)
• Understands and articulates challenges inherent in environmental strategy and promotion
• Recommends optimal extensions around or to the nCino data model to the team
• Demonstrates adept troubleshooting ability using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome tools
• Proposes solutions using Salesforce and nCino UX, and Security mechanisms to achieve requirements
• Conducts nCino feature quality control and testing
• Proficiently uses complimentary Salesforce tools
• Exhibits competent understanding of common integrations
• Displays understanding and use of DevOps
• Promote cross-team collaboration focused on delivering product configuration for the end-user
• Encourages continuous learning and is able to define a personalized continuous learning path that assists with career growth.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors.
• Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working.
• Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience/ proficiency with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).
• 4+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
• Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods
• Passion to deliver the high-quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do

• Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira
• Experience with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework
• Position may require some travel
  
  

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The Base Salary Range For This Job Is

$86,100 - $146,400 CAD
