THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As an Associate Product Integration Manager on NDI’s Integration team, you’ll support translating customer needs and technical challenges into practical solutions. Working across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, you’ll support customer projects from early technical evaluation through implementation and commercialization.

You will contribute to technical assessments, product specifications, and integration considerations for existing and future products. Along the way, you’ll build deep technical expertise, work with customers and multidisciplinary teams, and see how NDI’s technology comes to life in a variety of real-world applications.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Build a strong understanding of NDI’s 3D tracking technologies, including product capabilities, performance, configurations, and applications.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to investigate technical challenges, communicate findings, and contribute to practical solutions while building technical expertise and independence.
Support Sales and Business Development Managers with customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, product demonstrations, and other early technical engagements.
Support customer and partner integrations within a define scope by gathering and documenting application needs and requirements, identifying technical considerations, and evaluating appropriate technology options.
Contribute customer feedback and technical insight to experienced team members and Product Management to support discussions related to product performance, configuration, feature needs, and potential applications.
Develop technical demonstrations and presentations and contribute to customer training, technical materials, webinars, videos, and tradeshow activities.
Participate in product and user validation testing, including test preparation, execution, data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Support technical and feasibility assessments for well-defined applications by analyzing requirements, identifying product capability gaps, and supporting project scoping and technology-readiness evaluations.
Support compliance by adhering to applicable regulatory and quality standards, ensuring product integrity and patient safety in a global medical environment.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
1-3 years of relevant technical experience, including applicable co-op, internship, applied research, laboratory, or project experience.
Hands-on experience with technical evaluation, prototyping, experimentation, testing, or design of experiments.
Understanding statistical analysis concepts, including sample size, distributions, probability, and confidence.
Ability to interpret technical requirements, analyze information, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, image processing, electromechanical or optomechanical systems, systems integration, or product development is an asset.
