Role Description The RTM Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Lloydminster, AB. This role oversees RTM home projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and communications among internal teams, and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and expediting construction activities, monitoring project progress, organizing inspections, and ensuring that homes meet quality, safety, and building code requirements. The RTM Project Manager will manage logistics related to site preparation, transportation, and installation, while proactively identifying and resolving project risks or delays. The role also involves maintaining accurate project documentation, preparing status reports, and supporting continuous improvement of processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including experience planning, executing, and closing construction or manufacturing projects.
Experience as an expeditor with proven expediting skills to coordinate schedules, materials, and trades efficiently.
Background in inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company specifications.
Logistics management skills to oversee transportation, delivery, and site coordination for ready to move homes.
Knowledge of residential construction, RTM homes, and wood-frame building processes.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Candidates with experience in Buildertrend will be prioritized.
Experience working with Indigenous communities, specifically housing departments is a significant asset.
Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with ERP or scheduling systems is an asset.
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit construction sites and coordinate on-site
