Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Clerk

Prepare and issue financial documents (invoices, statements of account, inventory reports);
Enter, verify, and reconcile transactions (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, bank statements);
Compile budget data based on estimates and previous budgets;
Prepare periodic reports and cost statements;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
Perform related administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Qualifications Of The Accounting Clerk

DCS or VSD in Accounting, or equivalent;
3–5 years of experience;
Bilingual (English and French);
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
Knowledge of SAP Business One (an asset);
Knowledge of SAGE (an asset).

Responsabilités principales du commis comptable

Préparer et émettre des documents financiers (factures, états de compte, relevés d’inventaire);
Saisir, vérifier et rapprocher les transactions (comptes fournisseurs/clients, paie, commandes, chèques, relevés bancaires);
Compiler les données budgétaires à partir des estimations et des budgets antérieurs;
Préparer des rapports périodiques et des relevés de coûts;
Répondre aux demandes d’information des clients et résoudre les problèmes;
Effectuer des tâches de bureau connexes : traitement de texte, classement, envois par télécopieur et photocopies.

Profil recherché du commis comptable

DEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou l’équivalent;
3-5 ans d’expérience;
Bilingue (anglais et français);
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
Connaissance de SAP Business One (atout).
Connaissance de SAGE (atout)
