Schedule |
Three shifts (Day/ Afternoon/ Graveyard), seven days a week |

Key Responsibilities |
|
Responsible for motivating and directing crews in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner while developing and maintaining effective relations with supervisors, management, and third parties. |
|
Qualifications and Skills |
|
|
Education |
Candidates should possess a minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent, supplemented with a certified Red Seal Trade. |
|
Experience |
Experience with materials handling equipment in an automated setting Preferred candidates shall possess a minimum of five (5) years’ front line supervisory experience in a unionized, heavy industrial setting. |
|
Skills |
· Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license. · Computer literacy · Exceptional organization and planning skills. · Strong leadership, supervisory, multi-tasking, communications and people skills. · Strong commitment to safety, training, and environmental protection. |
|
