Generalist On-Site IT Technician & Client Consultant

Installation, troubleshooting, setup of IT equipment
Looking for respectful and friendly people that engage and work with clients in this manner.
Strong experience in Windows platform as well as some experience in Mac OS platform.
Consistent work ethic, timely delivery and availability for on site appointments.

Vehicle required.

Responsibilities
Install, set up, and troubleshoot IT equipment for small and medium-sized business clients. Provide on-site IT support and consulting while communicating respectfully and responsively with clients.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least 10 years of IT support experience, strong Windows experience, some Mac OS experience, a valid driving licence, and a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites. A regional address in the Vancouver area is required, along with a consistent work ethic, timely communication, and a friendly, client-focused approach.
