Data Center Technician Toronto

nesevo is a global leader in data center solutions, offering a full spectrum of services, from structured cabling and data center relocation to IT procurement and end-to-end infrastructure projects. With our 360° approach -- spanning procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, patching, and testing -- we deliver seamless solutions for our customers worldwide. We're currently looking for a Data Center Technician to join our growing team in the Toronto area. If you have experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and data center projects, we want to hear from you!

Required Experience

  • Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware
  • Advanced cabling knowledge preferred but not a must (vertical, horizontal, structural, splicing, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to overcome challenges
  • Driving license Class B
  • Work Experience at least 3 years in Technical Support

Responsibilities

  • Partner and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure.
  • Test and troubleshoot new server and network hardware components and designs.
  • Install and maintain switches, routers, and other large scale networking gear.

Responsibilities

Lead and support projects involving the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure. Test and troubleshoot server and network hardware, and install and maintain switches, routers, and other large-scale networking equipment.

Requirements

Candidates need at least three years of technical support experience, including experience maintaining and monitoring server systems and troubleshooting computer, server, and network hardware. Advanced cabling knowledge is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and a Class B driving license.
