We are looking for a Full Time Stock Specialist to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management while acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand.

We are looking for a Full Time Stock Specialist to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management while acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand.
A day in the life of a Stock Specialist
- Ensuring FIFO while maintaining merchandising excellence;
- Receiving merchandise while ensuring accuracy;
- Effectively communicating with team and store management;
- Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
- Maintaining an exceptionally organized stock room.
- Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
- 1-2 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role
- Detail oriented with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Health and safety oriented
- Ability to stand for an entire working day and to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23kgs.

Responsibilities
Manage daily product flow and inventory, including receiving merchandise accurately, maintaining FIFO practices, and upholding merchandising standards. Keep the stock room organized, communicate effectively with the team and store management, and help create positive brand experiences for stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or a similar role, along with attention to detail, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software. They should be health and safety oriented, able to stand throughout the workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kg, and interested in coffee and sustainability.
